Why This Academy Is Free

Updated: Aug 14

A Letter to the Student Who’s Ready

Dear student,

I built a career in real estate. Deals, leases, developments—the whole arc from small storefronts to major commercial projects. I’m grateful for that. But here’s the truth that’s become impossible for me to ignore: the gifts that got me here aren’t mine to hoard. They were given to me—by mentors, by failures that taught ruthlessly, by communities that trusted me—and they have to be shared.

That’s why this Academy is free. Not “free” as a marketing hook. Free because the mission demands it. If most people have access to the internet, then most people should have access to this material—clean, direct, no gatekeepers, no paywall. If the goal is to level the field, we stop talking about it and we do it.

No Jets. No Rolex. No Performance.

You won’t see me in a video standing in front of a jet or a garage lined with exotic cars. If that’s your fuel, I’m not your guy. I make my money in dealmaking. This isn’t about monetization. I’m an empath. I feel the weight of the father who can’t provide what his child needs. I feel the grind of the single mother who’s two shifts deep and still short on rent. If I can help solve for those realities by giving away what I know, I’m going to do it—and I don’t need a checkout page to validate the work.

Authenticity isn’t a brand for me; it’s a constraint. I don’t know how to be anything other than myself, evolving, hopefully improving, but always honest. That means the Academy stays aligned with the mission: teach what works, give it away, and let the outcomes speak.

Forged in Fire—But That’s Not the Why

Did a tough childhood shape me? Sure. Grit, tenacity, discipline—those were forged early. But that’s not why I’m compelled to build this. The why is simpler and, frankly, heavier: the system isn’t working for far too many people. We’re still teaching like it’s 1989 while the world is sprinting into AI, quantum computing, and new economies. I sat with bright, private-school kids—good kids—and watched them lean in when we talked mindset, vision boards, core values, and “why.” One of them now interns with me. That spark matters.

So here’s the plan: put real tools in real hands. If this Academy does its job, it will inspire others in their fields to do the same—build parallel, practical curricula that sit alongside the “required” material and actually prepare people for the world as it is.

What You’ll Get Here (And Why We Start Where We Do)

Most courses begin at step ten: tactics, scripts, formulas. That’s backwards. We start with mindset—because if your foundation is cracked, the structure fails no matter how shiny the facade.

  • Find Your Why. When you know why, the work changes from “I have to” to “you couldn’t stop me if you tried.”

  • Define Core Values. They become your operating system in negotiations, partnerships, and crises.

  • Build Vision & Declarations. Clarity beats speed. You’ll move slower at first, then faster than you thought possible.

  • Daily Goals. Small, compounding promises you actually keep.

  • Then the Deals. From first-home fundamentals to nine-figure commercial plays—contract structure, due diligence, financing, development, leasing, exit strategies, and the unglamorous details that separate amateurs from professionals.

Call it A-to-Z. I’ve lived these pieces—from 500-square-foot dry cleaners to national brand leases. You’ll get the frameworks, the checklists, the order. Not theory—practice.

Who This Is For

Anyone willing to do the work. Agents, brokers, buyers, investors, developers—and students who haven’t yet been told that they’re allowed to think bigger. If you’re ready to stop outsourcing your future to circumstance and start owning the next decision, you belong here.

How to Use This—Starting Today

  1. Write your why. One paragraph. No poetry. Tell the truth.

  2. Name five core values you refuse to violate—ever.

  3. Build a simple vision board (digital is fine). One year out. Make it specific.

  4. Choose three daily actions you can’t skip. Track them. Seven days straight.

  5. Watch the first module and take notes like your life depends on it—because parts of it do.

Do that, and you won’t just learn real estate. You’ll change how you move through the world.

The Invitation

This Academy exists because I believe you’re bigger than the story you were handed. Bigger than the limits you’ve quietly accepted. Bigger than the systems that forgot to teach you how to build, negotiate, and lead.

So take the next step. Not tomorrow. Now.Sign in. Watch the first lesson. Put it to work. Then the second. Then the third. Stack the days. Stack the skills. Stack the wins.

I’ll keep my promise—this stays free. You keep yours—do the work.

See you inside,

ree
