ABOUT JAMES PRENDAMANO

James Prendamano, Founder and CEO of PreReal Investments, is quietly and consistently reshaping what it means to be a real estate leader in America. From orchestrating billion-dollar deals in New York to rebuilding rural communities in New Mexico, James has proven that true success in real estate is not just about transactions—it’s about transformation.

 

He was instrumental in projects like South Shore Commons and Staten Island Urby —developments that redefined neighborhoods and reimagined what community centered development could look like.

 

James’ reputation for navigating complex zoning laws, public-private partnerships, and politically sensitive projects has earned him multiple appointments to high level advisory panels, including the NYC Industrial Development Agency Board and Build NYC. His resume includes clients like Goldman Sachs, Nike, Madison Realty Capital, and the Archdiocese of New York.

In 2018, James founded PreReal: a multifaceted real estate firm and investment platform focused on community-first development. His vision found its heartbeat in Sierra County, New Mexico, where he launched the revitalization of Turtleback Mountain Golf & Resort and 100+ additional properties in the region. His mission was to prove that forgotten towns can become thriving, sustainable communities when approached with empathy, strategy, and integrity.

 

James also launched The Prendamano Academy, a completely free educational platform that shares the full extent of his expertise with anyone ready to change their life through real estate.

 

His message is simple: “True leadership isn’t about what you keep. It’s about what you give.” In line with that mission, James created The Prendamano Project — an umbrella brand uniting all of his purpose-driven initiatives in education, media, philanthropy, and investment. It’s not just a brand. It’s a movement to rebuild America, one community at a time

South Shore Commons - Listed and sold for a record $41m.  Subsequently have been hired as the projects exclusive leasing agent and consultant.  In the past year, I have successfully negotiated nearly a dozen extensions and six new leases bringing the center to almost 100% occupancy.
